Pastor Frank Bailey is the Senior Pastor of Victory Church and founder of Bethesda College. He is a graduate of God’s Army Seminary and is the author of three books – Another Helper, Joy Unspeakable, and The Promise of the Father. Pastor Bailey also writes a daily devotional blog called The Bailey Drink, and has been used by the Lord to bring revival to churches across the United States and other nations such as Australia, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Philippines, Singapore and Uganda. He has also been used to instruct pastors in Chile, Mexico, and Tanzania. Pastoring Victory Church for over 41 years, Pastor Bailey has seen the congregation grow from a handful of young people to a thriving congregation.
